SUMMARY:EMT Recertification
DESCRIPTION:EMT Recertification\n\nA 28-hour EMT Recertification class will
  be held at Capon Bridge Rescue starting Sunday\, September 17\, 2017 at 8
 :00 am.  The class will meet 9/17 8am-6pm\, 9/19 6-10pm\, 9/21 6-10pm\, 9
 /24 8am-6pm\, and additional times to be determined.  Test date TBD.  Co
 urse fee is $50.  Serena Brafford is the instructor.\n\nApplicants must p
 rovide documentation of a minimum of 20 hours of Continuing Education\, in
 cluding MCI or Disaster Management related training including drills (2 ho
 urs)\, Annual HazMat Awareness training (8 hours)\, EMT BLS Protocol Revie
 w (4 hours)\, and an additional 6 hours of CE.   Applicants must provide
  a copy of a current CPR Card.  WVOEMS charges a $25 application fee for 
 EMT recertification.  Skills Evaluation form must be signed by Agency Med
