DESCRIPTION:LAST RECERT TEST for 2017  MUST PREREGISTER\nAs you all know w
 e are rapidly closing in on the EMT expiration date for this year. Testing
  has been going on across the state and at the state office. There are sti
 ll providers that have not completed their testing successfully to recerti
 fy.\n\nThere will be a test session held at the MCC (Room 201) in Flatwood
 s\, WV at 0900hrs on December 21st. This will be the last test session sch
 eduled for the year.\n\nAnyone that has providers needing to take an exam 
 can have them participate.  You will need to send the following informati
 on to Tim Priddy at timothy.j.priddy@wv.gov prior to 4pm on December 19th.
 \n\nProviders First and last name\, WV certification Number and recertific
 ation course code.\n\nA reminder should be given to all participants to be
  on time (late entries will not be accepted)\, to have a picture ID on the
 m for verification and to leave all electronic devices in their vehicle!\n
 \nIf there are more providers than we have room for\, some providers may b
 e asked to wait for a second session that will go on right after the first
 . We will get everyone tested that day that is on the roster.\n\n Provider
