DESCRIPTION:WV Public Service Training will be conducting an Emergency Medi
 cal Technician informational meeting on July 13\, 2026 at the Hampshire Co
 unty ESA. Any questions about class will be answered this night including 
 class schedule.\n\nInstructors: Robert Dawson\n\nAll Students are required
  to have a laptop computer for class!\n\nTime: 6pm-10:00pm\n\nThis 155 hou
 r minimum program is the basic level of EMT care by the West Virginia Offi
 ce of Emergency Medical Services. This class meets the National Standards 
 Curriculum.  The EMT candidate must successfully complete the program\, c
 omplete required clinical time\, complete the practical skills testing\, a
 nd obtain a passing score on the computer-based National Registry exam. 
 Recertification is required by National Registry every two years.\n\nUpon 
 successful completion of the course\, you will be eligible to sit for the 
 National Registry of EMTs exam. If seeking certification in a state other
  than WV\, you will not need to complete the WV certification process/fees
 \, and will simply need to pass practical testing and NREMT examination be
 fore proceeding with the certification process in your desired state.\n\n&
