DESCRIPTION:WV Public Service Training will be conducting an Emergency Medi
 cal Technician course beginning December 8\, 2025 at the Berkeley County E
 AA. Classes will  meet Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm-10pm with occasiona
 l Saturdays.\n\nInstructors: BCEAA Instructors\n\nAll Students are require
 d to have a laptop computer for class!\n\nTime: 6:00pm-10:00pm\n\nThis 155
  hour minimum program is the basic level of EMT care by the West Virginia 
 Office of Emergency Medical Services. This class meets the National Standa
 rds Curriculum.  The EMT candidate must successfully complete the program
 \, complete required clinical time\, complete the practical skills testing
 \, and obtain a passing score on the computer-based National Registry ex
 am. Recertification is required by National Registry every two years.\n\nU
 pon successful completion of the course\, you will be eligible to sit for 
 the National Registry of EMTs exam. If seeking certification in a state o
 ther than WV\, you will not need to complete the WV certification process/
 fees\, and will simply need to pass practical testing and NREMT examinatio
 n before proceeding with the certification process in your desired state.\
