DESCRIPTION:WV Public Service Training will be conducting an Emergency Medi
 cal Technician course beginning January 15\, 2022 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm a
 t Morgan County EMS.\n\nPlanned Meeting Dates: Rotating Saturday's and Sun
 day's with an occasional weekday as needed.\n\nTime: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm\n\n
 This 155 hour minimum program is the basic level of EMT care by the West V
 irginia Office of Emergency Medical Services. This class meets the Nationa
 l Standards Curriculum.  The EMT candidate must successfully complete the
  program\, complete required clinical time\, complete the practical skills
  testing\, and obtain a passing score on the computer-based National Reg
 istry exam. Recertification is required by National Registry every two yea
 rs.\n\nUpon successful completion of the course\, you will be eligible to 
 sit for the National Registry of EMTs exam. If seeking certification in a
  state other than WV\, you will not need to complete the WV certification 
 process/fees\, and will simply need to pass practical testing and NREMT ex
 amination before proceeding with the certification process in your desired
  state.\n\nAbsence allowance is 10% of the total class hours = 15 hours.\n
 \nFee:  Tuition due first night of class\n\nBook and First Attempt at Nat
 ional Registry Exam MAY be covered through Jobs &amp\; Hope WV. We will re
