DESCRIPTION:Online EMT\n\nAn online Emergency Medical Technician class will
  be held at the James Rumsey Technical Institute\, in Martinsburg WV start
 ing Tuesday\, September 10\, 2019 at 6:00 pm. This is a blended learning c
 lass with training done online instead of traditional classroom instructio
 n\, and weekly sessions are held for hands-on skills training.  Steve Har
 ris is the instructor.  At the first class students will obtain course ma
 terials and get enrolled in the online class.  The class will meet one ev
 ening each week for Practical Skills.  Class is limited to 30 students. 
  A minimum of 10 people must enroll or the class will be cancelled. Course
  Fee of $650 includes textbook and on-line access.  There is also a $50 f
 ee for class materials and CPR.  Participants should bring payment to the
  registration session\, or bring billing information if the student's squa
