DESCRIPTION:WV Public Service Training will be conducting an Emergency Medi
 cal Technician course beginning September 12\, 2023 from 6:00 pm - 10:00 p
 m at WVPST - Charleston (501 22nd St.\, Dunbar\, WV 25064). \n \nPlanned M
 eeting Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays with an online component\n \nTime: 6:
 00pm - 10:00pm\n \nOrientation is in person at the WVPST office on Septemb
 er 12.\n \nUpon successful completion of the course\, you will be eligible
  to sit for the National Registry of EMT's exam. This test will be schedul
 ed at your convenience at a Pearson Vue testing center. If seeking certifi
 cation in a state other than WV\, you will not need to complete the WV cer
 tification process/fees\, and will simply need to pass practical testing a
 nd NREMT examination before proceeding with the certification process in y
 our desired state.\n \nAbsence allowance is 10% of the total class hours =
  15 hours. Make up of missed classes will be at the discretion of the cour
 se instructor.\n \nFee: $750 due the first night of class (Includes tuitio
 n and textbook)\n \nPRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED!! \n \nClass size: 20 partic
