  to didactic material and driving skills completed during the in class por
 tion\, students must be signed off by leadership within their department (
 Chief\, Agency Director\, Training Officer\, etc.) after completion of a d
 aily inspection exercise and operation of an emergency vehicle on a public
  roadway.  Additional details on completing these activities will be prov
 ided during class.  Certificates will only be issued after ALL requiremen
 ts have been completed.  Students are responsible for bringing their own 
 department apparatus for the driving portion of the class.\n\nPREREQUISITE
 S: Students must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s lice
 nse.\n\nTUITION is $45 per student and the course textbook will be loaned
