 nstructor Course will be held July 26\, 27\, 28 and August 2\, 3\, 4 at Ft
 . Ashby VFD in Ft. Ashby\, WV.\n- Class will be held Fridays 6 to 10 pm\; 
 Saturdays &amp\; Sundays \, 8 am to 5 pm\n- The cost of the course is $150
 .00\, which includes textbook.\n- This course meets one of the requirement
 s for obtaining an Adult Teaching Permit through the West Virginia Dept. o
 f Education.\nSuccessful completion of the course does not guarantee emplo
 yment as a Public Service Training Instructor.  The class is limited to 1
 8 participants and will be cancelled if minimum enrollment number is not m
 et.  Preference will be given to those who preregister on the WVPST websi
 te.  David Plume is the instructor.\n\nThis Instructor Course will prepar
 e the participant to deliver training in an EMS\, Fire\, or Law Enforcemen
 t Department. This course will allow participants to receive Instructor 1 
 certification.  In order to receive an Adult Teaching Permit from WV Depa
 rtment of Education\, the applicant must meet additional requirements\n\nC
