DESCRIPTION:Emergency Services Instructor Course\n\nAn Emergency Services I
 nstructor Course will be held September 18\, 19\, 20 and October 2\, 3\, 4
  at JCESA in Ranson\, WV.  David Plume is the instructor.  The class wil
 l be held Fridays 6 to 10 pm\; Saturdays &amp\; Sundays \, 8 am to 5 pm. 
  The cost of the course is $150.00\, which includes textbook.  This cours
 e meets one of the requirements for obtaining an Adult Teaching Permit thr
 ough the West Virginia Dept. of Education.  Successful completion of the 
 course does not guarantee employment as a Public Service Training Instruct
 or.  The class is limited to 18 participants.  Preference will be given 
 to those who preregister on the WVPST website. This Instructor Course will
  prepare the participant to deliver training in an EMS\, Fire\, or Law Enf
 orcement Department. This course will allow participants to receive Instru
 ctor 1 certification.  In order to receive an Adult Teaching Permit from 
 WV Department of Education\, the applicant must meet additional requiremen
