DESCRIPTION:EMERGENCY SERVICES INSTRUCTOR 1\n\nThis 40-hour course will be 
 conducted at the United Technical Center in Clarksburg\, WV (Harrison Coun
 ty)\, located at 251 Marietta St\, Clarksburg\, WV 26301. Class dates will
  be September 11\, 12\, 13\, 25\, 26\, &amp\; 27\, 2020.  Class times wil
 l be 5:30pm - 9:30pm on Fridays\, and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Saturdays/Sundays
 .  You must attend all class sessions\, as well as complete all of the re
 quired assignments in order to successfully complete the class.  This cla
 ss meets the required instructional methodology content required by the WV
 DE in order to obtain an adult teaching permit for fire and/or EMS instruc
 tor.  Successful completion may lead to employment as an instructor with 
 WVPST\, however\, is not a guarantee.  Class size will be limited due to 
 COVID guidelines\, and all those in attendance will be required to wear a 
 face mask or other appropriate face covering throughout the duration of th
 e class.  Students must have a reliable computer and access to reliable i
 nternet.  Course instructors are Mike Freeman and Brian Potter.\n\nTUITIO
 N: $150.00 per registrant which includes the course textbook and access to
  the learning management system (does not include meals or lodging if nece
 ssary).\n\nPRE-REQUISITES and REGISTRATION: Requirements for PST instructo
 r\, EMT – 4 years of field experience\, current West Virginia EMT certif
 ication or higher\, high school diploma or high school equivalency\, and c
 urrent BLS CPR instructor\; Fire Service – 4 years of field experience\,
  Firefighter 1 and 2\, Hazardous Materials Operations\, current CPR card a
 nd current First aid\, WV EMR\, WV EMT or WV Paramedic.  Students must ha
 ve access to a computer in order to utilize the learning management system
