DESCRIPTION:Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)\n\nThis course emphasizes the
  skills needed to provide basic emergency care during the first phases of 
 an emergency. The course is 72 hours of classroom and practical training i
 n all aspects of initial response to a medical emergency. To receive certi
 fication by WVOEMS as a First Responder participants must successfully com
 plete practical skills evaluations\, and pass the computer-based National 
 Registry cognitive (knowledge) test. Recertification is required by Nation
 al Registry every two years.\n\nLocation:  WVPST Dunbar Office\, 501 22nd
  Street\, Dunbar\, WV\,\n\nDates:  Tuesday\, February 11\, 2020 through A
 pril 9\, 2020 Tuesday and Thursday\n\nTime:  5:30 PM - 9:30 PM\n\nThis co
