 the unique aspects of providing emergency care following suspected spinal 
 injury in football athletes.  Emphasis will be placed on emergent airway 
 management\, currently recommended techniques for removal of equipment\, a
 nd collaboration between sports medicine professionals and emergency servi
 ces providers.  Pre-registration not required but is helpful to plan acco
