   No one knows when that moratorium on new classes may be lifted.  This 
 class will be rescheduled.  New dates will be posted on the WVPST.org web
 site.\n\nA 40-hour Driver Operator - Aerial class will be held at Great Ca
 capon VFD starting Saturday April 11\, 2020 at 8:30 am.  The class schedu
 le will be determined by the instructor and class participants at the firs
 t class.  David Hess is the instructor.  Firefighter 1 and EVOC are prer
 equisites.  Participants must provide verification of prerequisite traini
