  Plan (BERP) Training for First Responders will be held at R*S*D Horse Auc
 tions in Kearneysville on Saturday April 18\, 2020 from 8 am to 5 pm.  Th
 e BERP provides a framework for emergency responders to address accidents 
 involving cattle and equine transport vehicles.  The training is free and
  lunch is provided.  Registration is on-line through the WV Dept of Milit
 ary affairs &amp\; Public Safety Training Center.  See the class flyer fo

 the Jefferson County Commission and the Jefferson County Homeland Security
