DESCRIPTION:A blended learning FF1 course will be held at Parsons Volunteer
  Fire Department\, Parsons\, WV (Tucker County) starting August 30\, 2026.
   In person class dates and times will be August 30\, September 12\, Octo
 ber 11\, 17\, and 25\, 2026 from 9am - 5pm each day.  Jon Turner is the l
 ead instructor.\n\nCourse cost is $300\, which includes the textbook and o
 nline access.  Course is eligible for IFSAC certification with additional
  testing fees.\n\nStudents must bring whatever device (ie\, laptop or tabl
 et) they will be using to complete the course to the first class session.
   Blended learning requires a lot of self-motivation and time management 
 in order to complete the online course requirements on time.  It is not t
 he easier route to certification\, but rather a more convenient way to ach
