DESCRIPTION:Low Angle / Basic Ropes (16 hours)\nThis course will focus on k
 nots\, low and high angle rope rescue set-up\, lifting and lowering system
 s and mechanical advantage systems utilizing rope techniques. This is achi
 eved using a mixture of classroom and field exercises. This course is exce
 llent for the basic rescuer to gain the basic skill-set in dealing with lo
 w angle rope situations. Low angle rescue is terrain that has a slope angl
 e from 15 to 45 degrees. The condition of the terrain will determine the n
